President Obama and his team have decided to turn public anger at Wall Street into a central tenet of their reelection strategy.
The move comes as the Occupy Wall Street protests gain momentum across the country and as polls show deep public distrust of the nation’s major financial institutions.
**Opinion**
Some people may accept this with open arms, while others may not be so receptive to. It may be beneficial, but, I don't believe President Obama has much right to capitalize off of his inability to follow through with campaign promises. Part of the reason that the movement of #OccupyWallStreet has materialized is because Obama has not followed through with his promises. If he had, then maybe the movement would be non existent.
Obama both criticizes and accepts donations from the same people. Conflict of interest anyone!? The President has received more money from Wall Street than any other politician over the past 20 years! Overall, I believe that #OccupyWallStreet is best suited without any further assistance from Obama.
