Offshoots of the Occupy Wall Street movement are holding demonstrations in San Rafael and Santa Rosa on Saturday.
Occupy San Rafael plans to picket in front of the Bank of America at 1000 4th St. at noon.
Occupy Santa Rosa will gather at 2 p.m. in from of Santa Rosa City Hall at 100 Santa Rosa Ave.
