GOP Leaders: Don't Raise Taxes To Reduce Deficit

**Opinion**

Taxes have to be raised to increase revenue. It has worked in the past, and now needs to be implemented again. It should have been done earlier to help the recovery faster and earlier on. I believe that the same needs to be done here locally in the Bay Area for certain neighborhoods and especially in Oakland.
