Protesters snarl morning commute on I-93 near Boston

Protesters who said they were trying to call attention to racial oppression blocked traffic heading to Boston on Interstate 93 north and south of the city Thursday morning. The actions surprised police, snarled the commute for thousands, and forced the diversion of an ambulance rushing a car crash victim to a Boston hospital, State Police said.
