European Parliament votes to invite Edward Snowden

According to the British newspaper The Guardian, the European Parliament is seeking to create an interactive situation for the hearing, in which lawmakers could interview Snowden live.

However, Snowden’s answers may have to be pre-recorded, as there are concerns that a hearing in real time could make it possible for the NSA to pinpoint his location, the British newspaper reported.
