On Monday (May 13), Jay-Z is set to be announced as the official organizer and headliner of the first annual Budweiser Made in America music festival.
According to the New York Times, the festival will be held in Philadelphia on Labor Day Weekend (September 1-2), and will be officially revealed during a press conference tomorrow morning with Jay-Z and Mayor Michael A. Nutter of Philadelphia.
An unspecified portion of the proceeds made from the festival will also benefit local non-profit charities such as the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.
