Drugs, alcohol and suicide combined don't kill as many teenagers in America as car accidents. Now Congress can help reverse this deadly trend by creating minimum standards for the Graduated Driver Licensing (GDL) laws, which give teens on-the-road driving experience gradually. Allstate is asking America to email Congress and urge them to support GDL legislation.
