Today's plutocrat Rothschild private central bank economic wars against the poor are deadly whether disguised as unconscionable student loans from predator central banks or the use of helicopter gunships, F18A fighter bombers, semi-automatic rifles, rocket propelled grenades, pilot-less drone aircraft missiles, M16 rifles, or Colt 45 handguns.
Oakland Mayor Jean Quan took an oath of office to abide, and in selected cases, to execute the rule of law by administration policy or operations decision-making. Under the Oakland, CA city Charter, State of CA and U.S. Constitutions, International Human Rights Treaties and Protocols, Mayor Jean Quan has authority to deploy police action within established legal parameters, including reasonable justification use of force while recognizing all constitutional rights of persons involved in dispute.
It is past time for civil disobedience in the central bank wars against the poor. Yet Mayor Jean Quan in the exercise of her legal powers of office has been sensitive to goals of protestors, set reasonable health and safety guidelines for demonstrating protestors' constitutional and international human rights of public assembly.
In addition to the Mayor Jean Quan October, 2011 Laney College Crime Summit, transparency and opportunity to be heard were observed. Accordingly, Rule of Law advocates should consider, inter alia, supporting Mayor Jean Quan in the exercise of her duties during these days of Central Bank initiated wars against the poor.
**Opinion**
Dr. Ulysses S. Crockett, Jr., provides a very well written and informed alternative that many won't. I agree that I don't believe Mayor Quan personally has anything against OWS, and in at least some ways, probably supports them. But, what's more important, is the preservation of the protestors' right to exercise their rights.
