Nearly three quarters of Republicans and Republican-leaning independents do not want Sarah Palin to run for president, according to the latest McClatchy-Marist poll.
The Marist survey also had an ominous, though less bleak, result for Rudy Giuliani: 58 percent of Republicans don't want him to run, 32 percent do and 14 percent would back him if he did.
