**Opinion**
I believe her arrest is very wrong and quite possibly unlawful. It is your right and some may say duty to stand up and express agreement or dissent. It is the responsibility of BART to police their grounds effectively. Time and time again, they have proven to be ineffective with such. Would there be protests if their job was being done properly? Probably not. Furthermore, when you provide services to a large population of people, one would think that the provider would value public opinion, both positive and negative. However, this doesn't appear to be the case despite having a BART Public Participation Plan @ http://www.bart.gov/docs/PPP/BART_Final_PPP_5-21-10_for_submittal.pdf.
