**Opinion**

Graffiti is one of the elements of Hip-Hop. The other elements are: DJing, B-Boy Dancing, and of course MCing. Furthermore, graffiti is art. Therefore, it most definitely should be included in the Hip-Hop Hopscotch Festival! I voted, "Yes! Street art is the future!"
