Jerry Brown ends talks on bipartisan budget deal

"Republicans demand that out-of-state corporations that keep jobs out of California be given a billion-dollar tax break that will come from our schoolchildren, public safety and our universities. This I am not willing to do," he said in his statement.


**Opinion**

So, let's take from our futures education (in CA) and give it to corporations that don't provide jobs (in CA) and many times don't actually need the tax break. While we're at it, we may as well further jeopardize the welfare and general protection of the public, too, eh!?!
