For profit, corporate colleges preying on despair (VIDEO)



Finished with acting training at a conservatory in New York City and carrying $150,000 in student loan debt, Aaron Calafato couldn’t find a steady paying gig to support his wife back home in Ohio, so he took another gig, recruiting for a for-profit college.

What happened was a nightmare, and a lesson in how corporations use desperation and the promise of a brighter future to trap young men and women into a lifetime of debt.

And now he’s turned it into a one-man show and he’s taking his act on the road. It’s called,
For Profit: Witness the exploitation of the American student.
