**Opinion**
Umm yeah, that's nice, ten years of relief for the the well off and wealthy and meanwhile, not even a 1/5 of that for those not as fortunate. Then, you have the after-tax income for those making over a million dollars a year tilting heavily in their favor compared to those making $40,000-$50,000 a year. Then to top it off, you have the upper-income tax cuts about equal to the Social Security budget shortfall. Change was one of the things that Obama promised in his campaign for presidency, well, it's easy to see that change has not occurred in these instances.
