The Obama administration has created and staffed a new position tucked inside their communications shop for helping coordinate rapid response to unfavorable stories and fostering and improving relations with the progressive online community.

This is very interesting. It just goes to show you that progressive forms of media are of value and importance plus may have significance in swaying of public opinion. Apparently, with elections in the near future, there is concern on their behalf regarding electronic communications that may not be in their interest.
